Shipping

In our cat boutique, we're delighted to present an extensive array of products sourced from various global and local labels. This ensures our patrons have access to a diverse range of options for their beloved cats. From top-notch toys to chic accessories, we partner with respected suppliers to deliver superior-quality items tailored to every cat's needs and tastes.

When it comes to shipping, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, no matter where they are located. As part of our commitment to offering a diverse range of products, some items may be dispatched from overseas. While this allows us to offer an extensive inventory, it's important to note that international shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days to reach a UK delivery address.

For transparency during shipping, tracking will specify if any part of your order is sent from abroad, allowing easy monitoring. However, please note that international deliveries may experience occasional delays due to holidays, customs, and weather conditions. Nonetheless, we remain committed to delivering your orders promptly, prioritising your satisfaction above all else.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free delivery for all standard UK orders over £70. (There is no extra shipping charge if any items in your order is dispatched from abroad.)

Customs and import duties:

Customers outside of the UK should note that they are responsible for any applicable customs and import duties. We cannot be held accountable for delays resulting from customs procedures. If you suspect that your order is held up in customs, please reach out to your local courier for further assistance.

Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification containing a tracking link, allowing you to conveniently monitor its journey. Just click the link to stay updated on your package's whereabouts. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us via email on KittyComfortsCollective@outlook.com, or live chat for assistance.

Please note that processing times for orders may take 1-3 days. Additionally, while we strive to provide timely shipping updates, please be aware that it may take 3-5 days for them to be reflected in the tracking information.

Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

If you've made an error or have had a change of heart, kindly send an email to KittyComfortsCollective@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order, including your order number and a cancellation request.

We take pride in the quality and design of our products, prioritising the health and safety of all pets. While we encourage customers to carefully review size charts and product specifications before making a purchase to avoid the need for exchanges or returns, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

If you find that your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not happy with your order in any way, Please reach out to us at KittyComfortsCollective@outlook.com, and we will provide you with return instructions promptly.

It's important to note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and include all tags.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returned items should show no signs of wear or use.
  • Discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Custom or personalised orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping expenses are not eligible for reimbursement, and the customer bears the responsibility for return shipping charges. Please be aware that return shipping costs may be high due to international shipment of items.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please be aware that once the courier has delivered the item to the final destination, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our return and refund policy.

Damaged Products:

At Kitten Comforts Collective, we provide a complete refund or replacement for packages that arrive severely damaged. Additionally, for packages that arrive with partial damage (excluding minor issues like thread damage, slight wrinkles, or small scratches), we offer a partial refund or replacement. Please reach out to us at kittycomfortscollective@outlook.com within 30 days to initiate the refund or replacement process.
